SUMMER 2018

It's almost here. This may be our last day with a chance of rain for quite some time. Hopefully we get some June gloom but the chances are slim. We are currently harvesting Garlic Scapes, and our dry farmed Elephant Garlic will be ready very soon. Mid to late summer we hope to have eggplants, tomatoes, melons, pumpkins and other perennial veggies like Asparagus and Rhubarb next year. We are planting fruit trees (mostly apple and pear) as well as berries and vines (Blueberries, Honeyberries, Concord Grapes, Kiwis and Cape Gooseberries) most starting next year and the following year (2020) Stay tuned for more info <3
